Mr. Garrard R Johnson is a native Baltimorean with over 15 years experience in the Real Estate Profession. As a second generation Realtor Mr. Johnson literally grew up in his fathers office learning at the foot of one of the pioneers in Baltimore Real Estate R.L.JOHNSON. Garrard's experiences as a home ownership counselor in the mid-nineties and Executive Director of a large Community Development Corporation gives him a unique perspective on revitalizing,stabilizing and recognizing the value in Baltimore's diverse neighborhoods.
