Dorothea M Wainwright “Thea” a native Baltimorean, has over 22 years experience as a Real Estate Professional. Ms. Wainwright began her career in 1987 as a real estate agent. In 1994 she became a licensed settlement officer. She is currently a licensed Real Estate agent, Real Estate Title Producer, Notary Public. A graduate of Morgan State University in Elementary Education, Ms. Wainwright has devoted her career to educating the public about the homebuying process. Ms. Wainwright has served as Director of Housing for the Southern Mondawmin Improvement Association and for the Baltimore Urban League, where she counseled individuals on every aspect of purchasing a home. At the Baltimore Urban League she was trained in community development; sponsored by the Bank of America, The National Urban League, and The National Development Council. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the New Shiloh Village Center which was responsible for the development of the New Shiloh Senior Living project located in Baltimore City. Ms. Wainwright is also a member of several other civic organizations. Her commitment to serving the real estate community with vigor and enthusiasm is evident in her work ethics and love of community.
